How should I verify my postbox if the mail recipient is not a company, but a foundation/public trust? Print

For company name verification, we require shareholder information with personal IDs to be uploaded for each shareholder. However, since a foundation/public trust is not the same as a company, the verification requirements are slightly different.

In case you would like to receive mail on the behalf of a foundation or public trust, then please list all the board members (as prescribed in the articles of the entity) as shareholders, and upload personal IDs for them as shareholder documents. Hereby your verification will be ready for submission.
